Reeems of cool art recently.
Love the rendition/style of the nymph, spooge, and the beautiful colours.
And, bill baxter, the stuff you're posting is so consistently cool
(I remember when custom-brush textured stuff was just beginning to become the norm here.. I was hoping it was just a fad since my little iMac can't hack it! Looks like it's here to stay, hehe.)
A spontaneous paint-it-to-post-it pic, after not having been able to contribute for a while.
I seem to have a problem with heads, where I end up with 'a head' and 'a face', usually too small, stuck into it. What's my problem dammit..

Just had to comment on the artists and page 319. Really magnificent work. Swarm, I always enjoy the "graphic" sense in your images. Wassup, always you amaze me with that transparency or translucency in the shadows. I must analyze this!
No post without pic....
lol...just realized this was my reaction to page 319 _________________ ...oops, long time member must reregister yet again...formerly "prismacolor", "markus", & the ancient "quaternius"... |

Thanks all and good work!
Matthew, that site wasn't supposed to be public, I managed to screw up the .htaccess =)
Wassup, really great work there, I love the colors on the latest girls you've done. I never manage to get such a richness in the warm areas. And thanks, check your pm tomorrow about an explanation about that latest rider pic. It's 3:30 am here and I feel that if I don't hit the bed now I will just dash my head into the keyboard =)

the content of this thread is the best definition of speed-painting I can find, sketchling. A formal definition hasn't been reached, but it's not needed, just post! |
