i always wanted to do these... and always been afraid.
now i got my courage together and started mission impossible... study bougereau
here's my first try in progress... i know i messed up all the proportions.. on the next one i'll now better.
hey at least i'm trying. right. right?  |

Good work.
I think the study of W. Bougereau's paintings is a very good exercise.

I also like Bougereau very much, I seem to re-call I did a study too some way back.
Not bad yours, u gonna do several of them?

Matthew - For me he's paintings are total magic. divine. Yes i'm planning to make several. I think even more studies of the same painting (details like hands and faces) before i move on to next one. and then i'm counting on your help
