the gaelic gnome Rumpleforeskin that normally does all my work for me did not report today, with predictable results. I'll do better next time, I hope

i guess you're right novacaptain, i withdraw my question, your honor.
gecko, thanks. i was looking at your site. your stuff has developed nicely since i started here, 2000, i think. it's interesting to see we are all influenced by you know who in different ways. good luck in school.
rassel tassel, they look good to me. that guy in the snow works well.
spooge, i feel silly complimenting you, because i'm a worthless bug under your aqua blue flip-flop. so I usually dont. but i'd like to say thanks for posting, in general. you really have been a huge inspiration to many people. and your presence on the forum is a very generous one.
that ought to piss of balistic.

You'll have to try harder than that, man. Throw in something about wanting to eat his brains to gain his power and you'll be on the right track.
Cool piece BTW, ozan.
And thanks to everyone who gave feedback on the dinosaur.
Spooge: That balance between mushy and crystalline is something I really struggle with . . . usually I end up too far to either side.
I'll try to paint something tonight, to attone for this pile of text.
edit: Henrik - that aerial (crater?) landscape is really nice . . . the subtle changes in hue in the peripheral areas work really well. _________________ brian.prince|light.comp.paint

nice work everyone!
spooge- i knew it!!!! Damn your oily hide! Youve been fooling us all along! on a more serious note, i always did like your shipwreck pics. The one with two people washed ashore (the one with a very brownish tone i thinks) is definetely one of youre moodyest pics. i love it.
igino- im diggin your pics. you got some nice people skills. on the last one i get the feeling though that her body is a little too twisted.
sparth- possibly your coolest pic to date! haha my latest picture here is totally inspired by your stuff man. Dont ever stop.
Rassel- nice snow feelin on that one. keep it up!
Max- cool to see you doing some more work! I saw a some picture with a yellowish cityscape a while back that really looked great! ever since then ive been like, -i want mooore.
oh and does anyone but me totally miss ultrahsu??? WHERE ARE YOUUU??? POOSSSTTT MOOORREEE NOOOOWWWW!!!!

NeFF: yeah, I'm not sure either ... like the background in smooth.jpg
Roma: your wish is my command ... love that creature! awesome pose.
BARoNTiERi: your work is an inspiration for me since long long time. I admire your skills.
RasselTassel: 2nd one (page 490): very nice! 2nd one on page 491: brilliant! lots of movement, solely created with brushstrokes.
henrik: incredible! du you use refs for the color variation?
sparth: it's messy, yet without a stroke too much! how do you do it?
Mitsui: like the left part alot! i can see it fly.
Stewart one: thx. yeah, your're right. too much twist or whatever. looks off. like the pics on your website, btw. joseph33.jpg is my favourite.

Oh my, so much cool stuff. I showed a friend of mine this forum today, and she was so envious with your talents. I think I'll refrain from posting individual comments this time, or some people are bound to feel left out.
Actually, screw that. I'll pick a few ones from this page.
Sheff, cool atmosphere. So... blue and nice. Keep it up!
P-Rik, nice city. I like the bright colours you used.
henrik, wow. Great lighting!
spyro, that guy scarily much resembles my motion picture teacher back in the day. He's kind of weird, so I HOPE you didn't use him as a model or anything, though.
sparth, such good depth, lighting. I love it.
misc, keep it up! You're improving so fast. Good colour usage on the cars. I'll offer a shred of constructive criticism though; I see so much speed and blurred, defining strokes in your work. I'd love to see something from you with harder strokes/brushes to give more solid shapes. Please don't take any offense by this though, just trying to help.
RasselTassel, bastard.
Spooge, BASTARD! That brown-haired lady one or two pages back had such awesome colours.
Ugh, enough. Don't feel left out, you're all so good. It's just getting dreadfully close to 4 am.
Bloat colours randomly on canvas to post.
