I need to give someone my machine ID so he could register a product for me, but I cannot for the life of me remember how to find out what my machine ID is. I googled and nothing came up. Help? |

Open a dos window and type
ipconfig /all
That will get you the ip address and the MAC address. Is that what you wanted? |

after you do that, the machine ID is shown as 'physical address' without the '-' |
