jOuey-these are great, I'd really like to be a fly on the wall while you paint
a couple life studies, trying to 'learn' that priority of whats important, to work on basic levels first and foremost

rereading dune- I always imagined it typical warm desert, but huge. This time I was thinking about how the sky is described as dark due to lack of moisture and the light from the white/blue sun- tried to paint my thoughts-didn't do so great
