glad you liked it; As I said before, I drew her first and did the background later which was probably a mistake; I was getting all hyper about those loveley alpha channels. It's great to be able to superimpose anything ontop of anything with all the antialiasing working fine; Normally I antialias by hand so this was a lot less effort. I've also started playing with dodge and burn (I couldn't find them for ages in the Japanese version of Photoshop that I use at work); Now I know how people do all those nice neon glows and back lit hair
That pic was done with a mouse but I'd like to get my hands on a wacom pad; I looked at the prices in the shop yesterday and they were rather expensive; about 40,000 yen (apx. 400 dollars) for the cheapest one..

NO really, i think that pic is coming out really good. I think there's a bit of over shading, or too much shading that is. But other than that, it's coming along just great. Please tell me it's not lenny Kravitz (however you spell his name)....

I fixed the mouth, moved the sideburns (is that the proper word?), worked a bit on the nose and eyes and some other things..

Though I guess it's a bit more realistic now I think it kinda lost some of the "expressionism" eeh.. or something.
