looking at CYPHER's d-top and some others... how you put that bar on top with all the shortcuts? i suppose it isnt active dtop thing or windowsblinds? howu you do it then i nevcer seen this before

Hey, how did you get transparent folder windoows? I remember someone telling me a looonnng time ago... but I can't remember.
