You wouldn't believe how long this stupid stick man animation took. a little over 2 hours!! well it's the first animation I've ever done and I wanted to see results right away so that explains stick man. It's inspired by zapman's gif animation and bop's image in http://www.sijun.com/dhabih/ubb/Forum2/HTML/002059.html

if you have problems maybe you can try the animation shop shipped with paint shop pro ?
shareware), i had to do some animations and i find it really nice...

dines, i use adobe imageready for my animated gifs - at least the 2d ones.
For the 3D ones, like this one, I use lightwave 3D then export all renders to gif construction kit and i win!
