Photoshop?
What do you think about Paint Shop Pro?
I am low-poly 3D-modeller and paint skins in Paint Shop Pro... |

I don't like PSP becasue you can't change the blending modes on the brushes.
(at least I don't think so)
I was almost going to get it but I just can't live without 'em
That was a bad topic you do realise, something like "what do you think of PSP" would have attracted less negativity.
It's just been asked so damn much. But as you have made a total of "1 posts" I assume you are new.
If ya wanta know about generic FAQ stuff use the search button and see what people have said in the past.

I have access to both Photoshop and Photo-Paint, and almost always find myself using the latter. Its got a lot of interface, but it just does so much more than Photoshop right out of the box, and you can get it for dirt cheap.
I also prefer a mouse over a tablet, for what its worth

To paint, I use Painter 5 - you can't beat it for motion into mark production. But for image editing I'll use photoshop. Use something for long enough and you'll get used to it... |

Mostly Photoshop, I just got Painter6 and I'm just getting the swing of it, though it basicly same. A bit more into interface but same concept. |

I use this program called "MSPaint", if you've heard of it. It has some great features. You can zoom in with this tool called a "Magnifying Glass", and you can see the picture up to 8x larger than normal! Then there's another one called a "Paint Bucket", with which you can make an enclosed area fill up with a color! It's really cool. |

I use "format.com", it's located in your C:\Windows\Command directory .. it's got a TON of features. Just goto a DOS prompt and type "format c:" then just answer "yes" to all that "are you sure you want to fuck up your system" jargon.
