I somewhat agree with Count Zero. He caught a lot of flack on his first post for saying it is healthy to have "violent fantasies" but I agree with him. It sounds sick but why the hell do so many people come home from work tired and disgruntled, boot up quake III, and start fragging the shit out of people? It's to let it all out. There was a period few weeks ago where counter-strike really helped me relieve some of my stress. But I'm not sick about it. We all have different ways of blowing off steam, you just have to find what works for you.
Peace, Out.

I love to frag! I love blowing my opponents into tiny little pieces and swearing like a sailor in the process! It's great for relieving stress... but I have never given a drawing I did to someone with me pointing a gun at there head while they are begging for their life. ;P

My point is that you should relieve stress without scaring people around you or making them think you want to kill them =P

The best way of relieving stress is going to a hardcore show and totally kicking everybodys ass in the pit. Works for me. Or just put Converge or Barrit in the CD player and destroy your living room.
