just wondering
is there anybody here that listens to
pavement, archers of loaf, modest mouse silver jews,
will oldham, smog..(list goes on)
i'm probably alone on this one.
but in my opinion this music is brilliant-rock.
p.s this is my first post in random musings

started in the early 90's
underground mostly,
southern town bands.
some other names--
Flaming Lips
Neutral Milk Hotel
Flaming Lips
the Glands
etc |

Isn't indie suppose to be "independent"?
Or I heard that wrong?
Anyways, Built To Spill is one of my favorite bands, but now they've signed to a big record company, so they're not independent anymore.

Indie... Blur, Oasis... 90's Brit Alt. Rock I think...
No matter what you hear... Blur is better than Oasis... they knew when to give up when thier sound started to get crap...
