...does it have a bad influence when you drink it regulary ? it interests me cause i drink every morning 2 cups of it to toggle my brain to 100%.

i drink easily 20+ cups of coffee per day. extra strong extra cream extra sugar.
i think i now have caffeine withdrawals. or i could be imagining things.

interesting. i like coffee, when it is strong without milk and without sugar.
but wats with side effects of e.g. coffeine ? are there any medical people in this forum ?

Caffeine is, among other things, a diuretic, so drinking soda or coffee will dehydrate you and make you thirstier than before you drank. It is also possible to become dependent on caffeine (as in, become a caffeine addict). So for these and other reasons I avoid coffee and soda. Water rules!

| I love the taste of coffee, but I've got something wierd with my blood and it gives me an ass-out headache in a hurry. Sometimes I drink it anyway. It's kinda like red wine for me. |

Well according to my art teacher (this came up in her critique of a certain film we made),caffeine does the following:
-lowers the deepness and level (?!) of dreaming
-causes shaking and migraines
-causes cardiovascular deseases and hyperactivity of the heart
"To mention a few disadvantages"
Personally, I don't really believe caffeine does very much at all. |
