Yes, I sound like a fool, but what are they?
The 3-d digital stuff that is. I keep reading on the forums about textures and framework stuff, what is it?
Thanks!

a 3d image is made up of two parts most of the time.
a wireframe (this is like a scuplture made of polygons)
and a texture (this is a normal picture, a bitmap that can be put on the polygons like paint on a sculpture).
So when something (3d) is textured it means there is a bitmap applied to it.
If you search around here and look for "3d" posts you will quickly understand how it works
