While appreciating the fact that you say you don't speak English very well, English has this amazing characteristic which you should understand: you don't need to swear in every line to be understood.
There are many much more sophisticated and much more pleasant ways to express your admiration...
Anyway, about the "tutorials" thing, there's a good bunch of tutorials here: http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/farp/index.html
But what you need mostly, to get better, is practice! You will soon discover that that is much more important than any tutorials. So get your pencil, get some paper, and just draw everything you see or can think of. That's how you will progress.

hee Gigger cewl een nederlander jawel er zijn zat art scholen hier maar ik wil niks met school te maken hebben. (misschien stom in jou ogen) en ja ik ben ook wel jong (17)
maar ik heb een Kickass baan en ik verdien heel goed als PHP/ASP programmeur
en grafische shit maken kan ik ook wel enzo
ik kan ook wel tekenen hoor met papier enzo maar digitaal is zo'n verschil in mijn ogen
 ik heb wel een wacom a5 formaatje :-)
