layers, masks... it's kinda basic

try some photoshop tute sites, most of them have this shite

just take the three images, in this case Arnie, helicopter and fire, put them where on the page you want them... fill the background with a dark color... apply layer masks to each picture (the little pic with a circle down by the new layer button), and paint with a soft brush... white is visible and black is not... and then just brush away until they've merged nicely...

that's how I'd do it anyways...
