Hehehe... that's about the same response I had! For some odd reason I can't stop looking at this picture because I get such a good laugh out of it every time I open it, heheheh.
I am glad it makes everyone feel so good, it's tends to make me feel pretty good about myself as well. 
Pix - I found it at uglypeople.com which I think is SUCH a mean website, but there was a link to it from another page I was at. So the evil side of me browsed for a little while (I had to make sure nobody uploading my picture ) and came across this...

Don't laugh at that poor creature (man? woman? other?) For all you know it could have some horrible desease that is responsable for too much blood flow to their lips and strange blue bruises everywhere else. Who knows, it's hair could actually be a side affect from nuclear waste being dumped in it's water supply!! There. Maybe next time you'll think to yourself, "gee, what is someone made fun of my freekish las-vegas style deformities." You wouldn't like it would you. Shame on all of you.
