This is one rich as knight... heh
How does it look so far?
I plan on making the setting in a cave and placing maybe a sleeping dragon as the creature that scares the piss out of this guy.

It's hard to judge your lighting when there is no surroundings....The knights back seems too bright as it is, but it depends on the environment...
Ofcourse the torch needs some work.
Nono, no dragons. He's just really afraid of black empty space, hehe "AArrgh"!!!
I'd love to see what it ends up with!

two really niggling crits:
1. the armor doesn't really look like metal yet... i reckon you should bring out the highlights a little more to make the armor look shinier...
2. the sword that the knight has dropped... it doesn't look like it's falling right... my first instinct for the sword would be that it would fall blade first, rather than hilt first... tilt it accordingly and i think it might look more convincing, imho... as is it looks somewhat confusing...
