Im blind
Anything I can do to improve the anatomy or the pose before i continue? Never mind the right arm. It's going to be under a rifle.
I need to do some basic sketching to learn anatomy, but I just can't start sketching without finishing it off. It's a little problem of mine
Now get at it and be ruthless!!

it looks pretty good for some one who is blind . here are some alterations I would make, not this was a quick job and should only be used to inspire you a little not to copy exactly.
corrections
besides correcting the outline, you should also be carful how you shade because if its done wrong it will make your image look drawn wrong also. hope that helps
