Okay my boyfriend and I started play EQ again (I don't play enough to lvl high enough to do anything), but one of his friends was betaing Dark Ages of Camalot. Anyone else playing the beta for this or know anything about it... as in would it be worth getting? I know it cost more per month to play, but the graphics are better and a lot of cool things like you get some exp back if you find your body, but you don't have to find it... and I guess they are more user friendly to thre players than EQ is... anyone know? |

I've played Everquest for about a year and a half, and I'm pretty much ready to retire it.
I've heard several good things about DAoC. However, it is a very young game that is leaving a lot of room for improvement. I'm fairly sure that I'm going to go out tomorrow and purchase it regardless. |

Well I just started playing EQ again after about a year away from it, and not very impressed with it. More disappointed than anything. I still find a few desent people on there, but most of them have already formed their little groups of upper lvls, and ever one that was in my old guild I can't find. Our guild fell apart when our guild leader left (reasons not to be said).
I'm honestly thinking of getting it so I can get on with the first wave and get into a desent group. And I guess after lvl 12 lvls really don't matter.
Check this site out. It has EQ vs. DAoC on it and it's based on personal exp. |
