Hello!

First Post here, a page from a comics I'm making. The page is something like 10% from its original size so there is a bit of over anti-aliasing. Maybe latter I'll post some details.
The text is in hebrew so don't try too hard to read it... (except Topeira - hey!).
Drawn in ink and pen , scanned at 500 dpi, colored at 250 dpi in photoshop. Texted in Freehand.

What do you say?

ow. i tried to read that and it made my brain hurt.

hey that looks really cool. is it all drawn in photoshop or was it inked?

Hey, if the text is Hebrew, why does it say FAG on the locker in English?!?!

It was inked - ( i just love using pen-nibs, they make such a wonderfull line, a bit hard to control at first, but very expressive) - and then scanned and corrected, ink smears, wrong lines, etc. with the tablet.

sacrelicious - well, in israel we use English alot, and you can see many signs, curses, graffities, and even conversations in english.

hey there, fellow countryman..

looks good, but it's a bit harsh on the eyes- all these bright colors makes it hard to read. try reducing the saturation in some of the panels.
also- try varying the "camera angles" some more to make it more interesting visually.

is this going to be published or is it just a personal project?

It's a personal project, but I would like to publish it somehow. I'm planning to make it a very long and complex piece, so it would be a shame to let it rest in the drawer...

Hello, Seagull.

I think the this is a very nice piece, although, as mentioned, a bit hard on the eyes. i'm using a 1024x768 resolution, and the text just looks too small.

Anyway, it's nice to see some-one from israel coming here (two, actually)
