uh..yeah! Havent had time to post anything, so im like..posting all new pics..now. Here is a failed selfportrait I did, a few days ago:
Thats like me, minus the sunglasses, because the eye's came out wrong.
Here is a concept of a security guard, I just completed.. I just made it out of boredom.
Here is also something I made out of boredom, it wasnt really planned, but I kinda like the outcome..could maybe fit as book cover or something..it was made mainly in Painter..photoshop for textures
and last, but not least, a little teddybear..
any comments or critique, appriciated..
edit: img typo..

I love that third pic, the combination of brushwork and photoshop texture gives it an amazing atmosphere.

Nice stuff Binx! =) Keep up the morale and do more of these. I really like the second to last one, with the softer and delicate hue and value changes and texture in the background - it's a nice choice of color and good use of contrast! |

Right on, Binker! You've improved tremendously over the last year. Amazing.
The self portrait is my favourite - your forehead seems a little bit under-developed, but other than that, neat!
A trick: flip the image horizontally and check it for errors that way. A lot of things that you didn't see before will pop out - I promise!
Cheers,

Nice work! Can't get rid of the feeling I know that old security guy...
That "angel" appears to be blasting out of hell, nice "painterly" look (hey, at least I didn't say "spoogish" ).
And the odd look of that not-so-happy-bear makes that greetingcard perfect for me, hehe.
Crits? Do them eyes again, if they come out wrong! |

Thanks!
Jaymo: Yep that whats it supposed to look like.. and eyes are evil...I have a hard time making em look like the person i'm painting. Even when I sat 10cm from a girl's eyes just staring into them, trying to draw them, I still didnt get it right.
Hm. Maybe I was thinking of something else
