well this has been festering in my case since just before the forums went down - so now i can see there's a lot wrong with it - but it's still decent enough to get some outside advice -

Welcome Termy! I can't take a look at your pic because it's to large (takes to long to load). Post a smaller version and you'll get more replies I think.
