i'm torn about these... the style is great, and i see you have great skill with texture and shadding... my problem is the anatomy. seems like allmost every one of these pics has a few major problems with the anatomy- from one arm being shorter than the other to bends in limbs that are just too tight. you really should take some classes in figure drawing, maybe pick up a book about anatomy and proportions. you've got a lot of talent and you should keep working hard.
btw, i like the second one a lot. great all around. |

Cheers dude...
Yep I really do need to get some classes in, I'm dead keen, just can't find any!. I did some life drawing in 97 and loved it, though didn't really take anything in....not like I would now.
Glad you noticed |

hey man i hear ya... i found a figure drawing class for me, problem is its an hour away, its at 9 in the morning on saturday and its non-nude (aimed at high school students). sound pretty crappy, but its worth all the work- i've learned sooo much in the few sessions i've been to so far. keep looking, i garentee you'll be happy. |

hey man how goes? these are great.
the 4th one is a bit weak tho IMHO. But dig the skin folds on the lizzard. I haven't seen a whole lot of pencil work from you, it works well=) |
