I don't know if you put the text there on purpose or not, but they really adds horror to the picture. The face itself looks like some kind of Japanese demon with a bloody face, and then again it also seems to be having an orgasm -- as your title implies. The text looks nice and all, but does "cause of death" have anything to do with this picture? I'm confused...
