Even the fair lady Varencienne herself looks bored by this .. 
Maybe if you change the prize to a 200US$ voucher at Amazon.com you would get a bit more response ...

Varencienne was very bored and detached when she lived in the decadent capital city of Magrast. I tried to capture that. Sounds like I succeeded. Mostly I wanted to try costume design for the renaissance period, I may or may not have succeeded on that one.
I don't have $200 to give away, dude. All I have is my art. I wanted to do something fun for all the people who visit my site, who enjoy looking at my art. I though it'd be fun to give some away in a contest, since I can't make gift art for EVERYbody. I've only got my art, so there you go.
As for wierd, what's wierd about this?
