Really nice. Looks like David Duchovny. It's amazing how you can achieve such realism using such large, loose strokes... |

that's gorgeous Greg.
i sat and looked at it, trying to figure out what the heck made it so well done and i discovered what it was (or at least what i was seeing). it's that you accented the perspective with careful value placement. this makes the face so believable because the planes in it are fully realized. too often i flatten the human form with my paint. i'll learn from this, i swear.

Stunning.
It looks like tiny tiles of paint on top of one another. Reminds me of an oil technique I've seen but can't remember where. :/

Very cool. the looseness is great. I just miss a little bit of color variation, I'd like to see a little cold colors.
