i've been drawing for quite a few years now and have improved so much, i'm starting to get my own style which relies on lots of detail and accurate rendering. the only problem i have is erasing, i need to erase little tiny areas to get things to look right and i can't seem to do it very accurately...do electric erasers work well to get small areas?

sure they work, sometimes i like to cut my erasers with a blade. to get a good point. or if you dont' need it to be super erased you can just shape your kneeded eraser to a good point. if you use really good paper sometimes you can use a razor blade for highlites.

i never thought of using razor blades to do highlights......sounds interesting...i have cut my erasers to make points, and it works pretty well, but still doesn't give me the control i want.

I would just draw in ink, and in fact, I do.
