Damn...I saw a book on the values of different books a while ago, but I didn't look at many things. *sigh*
If you go to a library or a bookstore or something, they might have a similar book to the one I found.
*gapes* I wish that was mine...what sort of condition is it in? The better the condition, often the more valuable the thing (in this case book) is.
My grandma dug up our old family Bible. It was printed in 1880something or 90something. And I've got an old leather-bound, illustrated copy of all Shakespear's work with an etching of him in it. No date that I could see. *goes to look*

I would say it would be rather common and not worth terribly much. |

My guess is something around the vicinity of $0.50 - $50,000,000. |

You need to look for a date, ISBN [That number that looks like - 1-2-4-53 etc], Edition info etc, then try searching for something. Also, if you put in the name of the artist who does the illustrations in your search, you may have a better chance. |

well i did the work for you.
On a collectable books site, i came across.
"London, MacMillan & Co., 1925 - Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
Lewis Carroll with illustrations by John Tenniel"
So it looks pretty similar to yours.
The long and short of it is, it said it's worth 15, which is about $23 I guess.
There must be a lot of them floating around, cos the Alice In Wonderland cartoons had ust come out in '23/24 I think, and lots were being made. |

I have close to 200 different copies of Alice and Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. I have pop - ups, puzzles, paint-by-numbers, newly published,Disney, really old one (when Wonderland and Through the looking glss were seperate books), on CD, I have ones with velvet covers, and many different illustrators... anyways, I have spent up to $60 for a copy of Through The Looking Glass. I've also been looking for the book published in 1907 and Illustrated by Arthur Rackham. Which is a differetn illustrator than the Fafnir book.
How much the book goes for is really dependent on who's buying it. Like me I have spent about $400 on an Alice piece to add to my collection, but someone else my just pay you $10. |
