HI this may sound a bit cliche......
im a 14-year old girl from the netherlands too........
i like art too.......
i've got a site too......
only i don't draw manga :twisted:
I draw Yeah like....i dunno what the hell you call it.
Its pencil art 8) I guess
when i look at some sites I think im really behind with the quality of my drawings...damn i feel stupid. well you can tell what you think about it.....

| Your work looks about like what I would expect from someone your age. Don't take that the wrong way, I just mean that you're not falling behind yet. If you really want to get better, try drawing from some references, both still life and from pictures. Even if the pictures or objects aren't exactly what you want to draw, they'll help you understand how lighting, form, etc. work. What many people here have been doing is drawing/painting one self portrait a day. You never have to worry about finding something to draw, you can easily see how accurate your drawing is, and you can easily follow your progress from day to day and week to week. Most important- DRAW EVERY DAY. Good luck! |

thanks for the tips but ive all did it.
These drawings are drawings i made in 10-20 minutes.....
I draw what i feel.............
I dont care if other people think im not good for my age....
because this is the only way i can express my self

no defensice stance there... Drew was just telling you that you can further improve your drawings by learning art technique and when you take art classes in high school (and i asuume you will) your there to learn and be taught kinds like here so dont take it personal when someone C&C's your work it comes with wanting to be an artist....
