i may draw more characters and put em all in a big picture or something... dont know yet hehe...
here is the finished product:

some feedback would be cool!

Pretty cool, well-drawn and pretty effective lighting. He has a lot of character and life. The lack of detail bothers me, it all looks very blurry, like you painted under the original drawing and then just removed the lines. I think you should either go back in and continue refining/sharpening him up, or add lines. |

i hear what you're saying Tinuch, however, i was trying to stay away from cell shading basically, and perhaps get a semi-realistic/comicesque look to my psychopath kid....
here is the sketch i started with:
i didnt really like the black outlining effect when i was originally doing the picture....and nothing in real life has a bold black outline around it, so i didnt go with it from the start...
also im not sure what you mean by lack of detail, the image was drawn in 1531x1583 at 150 pixels/inch. i tried hard to do heavy detailing on that chainsaw, the belt strapping on his helmet, and his face....
i dont think the picture is too blurry, maybe u need glasses! (i just got contacts today haha)
his pants, and chainsaw body could use a little touching up tho i suppose...
thanks for the feedback tho! i appreciate it!
ANYONE ELSE got ANYTHING to say??? _________________ "Man! I just noticed that I write a lot of fragment sandwiches!" |
