Congrats, Craig. You must be eternally grateful to Sijun for making you what you are today.
Of course, I kid. But not about the congratulations part -- that was real. |

Urgh crap, I hate putting stuff back on top of the stack like that, but...
Congrats Craig! You definitely deserve it! You've inspired pretty much everyone on this huge forum and many others just like it. This is but a small example of how your work has helped us. Best of luck with future undertakings and explorations!
On that very note, I'd also like to congratulate Linda Bergkvist (Sijun's 'Enayla') for similar awards -- http://www.cgnetworks.com/story_custom.php?story_id=1347 :: Congrats to the both of you! |

Congratulations Craig.
Thank you for being such an insperational and giving artist over the last 5 years.
There are not many like you.
Your insights on art and technique have been extremely valuable in my artistic growth.
Seeing artwork by somebody as talented as you makes me want to become a better artist. However, your words and explanation are much more valuable in my education.
And you definetly deserve this award.
Thank you again,

Craig has been one of my biggest artistic inspirations, and seeing his work has always inspired me to push myself to new levels.
His constant contributions to the online community are epescially worthy of mention.
There are many talented and prolific artists in this world, but the fact that Craig is so willing to show the process, and fruit of his labours, make his achievements that much more notable.
In your posts you have always been humble, helpful but never condescending, and I think that you have positively influenced far more people than you know.
I think those of us that have seen your paintings, speedpaintings, repaints and colourings, are all better artists because of it.
Your colouring of Synj's Weener Man will always make me laugh! A definite favourite Spoogedemon moment! One among many.
This is my dedication to you.
Spooge, you ROCK!! Keep on inspiring us. _________________ - Steve |

Wow, thanks you all very much for your thoughts! Threads like this make me a little queasy, so just let it go. I want to thank Lunatique especially because he railroaded me through the process.
Sijun did make me what I am today, whatever that may be, good or bad.
Cant hang around much lately, just enough to make phun of artrenewal:) Matrix is very demanding. What is disappointing is I can never, ever show the work, anywhere:( |

Congrats to all the winners, specially to Mr. Spooge Demon, Enayla, Steven Stahlberg and the rest of the Sijun crawlers.
One thing I have noticed is that Mullins' walls have no pictures on them!!! If I could paint 1/10000000 as he does, I would cover them with my pictures.
Another thing I noticed is that many of the winners are Spanish...why, being born in the same country, hasn't mother Nature gifted me with the same artistic skills as the rest? _________________ _ _ _____ _ _
