Here is a concept I've wanted to get right for a very long time. Took me a while, now with a Wacom and some great C&C from those of you browsing the WIP section of this forum I have something I can say I am very happy with.
Jedi Cyborg
While its been two days since completion and I'm not as happy with it as I was when I first said "Thats it, Im done". I have that problem with every work of art I do. So here it is.
This turned out much better then my very first attempt, and way different then this work originaly started out. I learned alot about composition and patience along the way.
Thanks to the following for giving me a hand when I needed it.

Definately one of your best pieces yet. It definately has a more "finished" look than most, and you took a lot of suggestions to heart. Still 100% you though.
I, personally, think the blur on the rancor is a little too heavy, almost enough to be distracting, but it definately gives it a sense of depth an draws focus to the jedi, which was the original point of the whole piece. It's about perfect on the distant structure though.
Good job. |

Looks good, has a lively cinematic feel. I think you could lose the gigantic signature on the bottom, though. We know it's by you, we don't need to be reminded that it's in your style. It's a little distracting too. But I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the way you pulled this all together, it came out looking a lot more dynamic than it did before.
Things to tackle next time:
Composition
Atmosphere
