Never, EVER, use the clouds filter in a serious pic as an actual sky. It looks bad. Search on google for a tutorial on drawing a sky and use that. Even a simple blue blackground would look better.

ColdKodiak, that may be so, but I have gotten the exact same results using the cloud filter and then some slight manipulation. So either way, it looks like the filter, and it doesn't work.
