allright, i made those changes you guys suggested. hopefully its not quite so headache inducing well, anyway, i added a few layers of light and shadow to make it a little more specific as to where the light source was, added a few more spots, some texture to the horns, and i threw in a nipple for good measure i also added a gradient for the background since the white was a little harsh

looks pretty solid to me, the textures are well done and the volumen-light seems pretty good as well, now the things i do not like are:

I might be an optical ilusion but the arm on the foreground looks kinda weird as if the arm were shorter, maybe that was you intension since the caracter is an alien, aside that the prespective on the elipse on the base of the microphone look a bit off.
