feng is great. He is not only an awesome artist but a good bussinesman. Watching that video made me want to quit dooing this concept stuff

how old is feng zhu again? btw, it's a chinese name right? so the the first name is zhu and surname feng?

Feng Zhu (in Mandarin, Zhu-luan Feng-xialin do) is a Taoist immortal who draws sketchgirls and space robots while perched on one leg in a perfect Tiger Crane stance.
He is 385 years old (to the day), sports a flowing black beard, enjoys sesame noodle-and-wonton soup, and has a hearty, robust laugh. Feng lives alone in an abandoned Shaolin temple in the Wudan mountains, but he periodically makes a 5,000 mile journey by foot to stock up on Prismacolors and sketchpads.
Don't believe anything on his website; you'll get the (false) impression that he's a twenty-something who lives in Pasadena.

you know Feng dont you impaler. Was it you who drew a 'portrait' of him with that robot arm with all the girls hanging off him? That was awesome, i've still got that saved somewhere on my comp... I think it was you at least heh.
I'd love to meet feng while he's at work just to see how he works, which would be awesome! |
