i found this guy; http://www.markzug.com/
his work is utterly amazing. from what i can gather with the way his paintings look, he paints it all in oils or acrylics. just thought i'd share him with you all.

| Knowing him since my Magic playing days. He painted some of my favorite cards. Now that I think of it, it's pretty amazing just how much artists work I got to know from playing that card game. |
