Here are some photoshop tips/tricks I find usefull and I am always using them.

Learn them hot keys!
To speed up your working time. learn the hot keys for the things you use most like Airbrush is J Paint is B Zoom is Z etc.. you can find the listing of each in HELP->KEYBOARD. also print our a image of the TollBar with the hotkey leetters next to each toll icon...as to look at well working keep it near by.

Toll bars geting in the way?
use TAB to hide and show them. usefull for when your just painting. Know hot keys really help.

whats ] and [ = ?
Use the ] and [ on the keyboard to go from Left to Right on the Brush size/order.

qick zoom in and zoom out!
try CTRL and + to ZOOM IN
try CTRL and - to ZOOM OUT

One Image to the Second Image-
use CTRL + TAB go from one image to the 2nd and 3rd etc...

What the F!?
I loving using the F key (should like a bad word) F key will change to full screen mode with menu bar and if your a pro and know all the hot keys well use Full screen mode.

This is some tips I found out by messing around looong time ago and they are speeding up my work saving me at the most 30% my time.

Give them a Try, if you think you got some tips that speed up work time Please let me/us know!

Does anybody know how to change the button configuration? Because I am using a swedish keyboard and for example the [ and ] doesn't work for me. Anybody got any idea how to fix this?[update] I got this to work by switching to english keyboard in the control panel.
Also U can use the numberkeys to adjust the pressure. And you can use the x key to swap the foreground color with the background color.

The ] and [ keys for switching brushes is nice, but does anyone know of a way in Photoshop to resize the brush on the fly, like you can do in Painter (which is command-option drag on a macintosh)?
