any info on `how to outline a photo or any graphic ..............?

like a paint by number .............

MSPaint doesn't have edge filters (that I know of) but GIMP does (freeware):
http://www.gimp.org/
EdgeDetect and Stroke should do it...

what i am trying to do is outline pictures to paint.....with as much detail as possible.
