The overall drawing is kinda tweaked, but I really like the rendering style, especially on the nose and mouth.

Hey Zor.
Nice work. But there is a lack of symmetry in the face, where the eye on the left seems too far out judging from the very lose line of symmetry (we have trouble, as do you I'm sure, to find the middle area of the head on the top portion), especially if we base ourselves the 4 dots in her forehead which we assume to be the center of the head. The chin and lower jaw if not symmetrical as well and seems wider/lower/protruding on the left side of the image again.
I can't make out where the hair starts on the right side, and the hair really blurs out near the eye and forehead. The light seems to be coming from somewhere above (judging by the shadow under her nose), but the hair is reflective on the left side.
Hope this helps for now.

See this is exactly why people need to have feedback sometimes, as you work on a pic for so long, that you dont spot the mistakes like others can at first glance, unless someone points them out. - thanks frost.
