This is one of the latest 3d characters I created in 3ds max. Except for the hoovering object he is riding, everything else was done in photoshop .

That's the best thing I've never seen!!!! Where is the image???? It didn't load.

Looks great, I love mechs!
I'd sudjest some motion blur, as well as a green motion blurred glow coming out of the "eye" perhaps?
