do what i did.
try things.
it's been years and years and i've yet to read a tutorial or a book on photoshop in purpose to learn or get ideas from it.

| That'd be exactly what I did. I'd just screw around with that program for hours on end, seeing what every tool did do and how I could put them to use. Two years later I know that dammed program inside-out, upside-down, and backwards, and nothing else. o.0 |

just get a real good book with workshops for beginners.
Do it ervery day for about 1 hour.
keep on doing that for about 1/2 a year an you will know everything.  |
