I know that I'm not the right person that should show you this, but first of all you should concentrate on getting the basics of the head right. Fred wrote a great tutorial on this forum about it. You should first layout the head so that there aren't perspective errors or misplacement of the eyes/mouth. Here's just an example on how to star it out. I repeat.. I'm not the right person to show you this stuff since I'm a beginner.. just take it as an advice..
