I did this 1 hour digital painting while feeling a bit bored. It is a view from my window.

go to my homepage to see the several steps that led to the final piece.

"STOP IT!
Sorry, but we do not allow linking to any files on the Crosswinds server except for our members HTML files. Linking directly steals bandwidth and is very inconsiderate of our members. If you want to link to the sites on Crosswinds, link to their main page or any html file in their account so that their site gains attention and visibility on the Web."

Message I get when clicking that link. Crosswinds is lame, youll have to put the jpg onto an html page in order to link it.

I get the same message as CynaPyro and can't figure out how to see stuff.

dragging the link into the link bar seems to work though. Why is that?!

About crosswinds..

If i try to view a picture from a link here, or even drag the url into my address, i get the 'stop it' message.

However, if i go to i i higher level directory such as: http://www.crosswinds.net/~pierrehannah/technique/viewim
and then link from that it works fine

The annoying thing is that once i have got the 'stop it' message, it is impossible for me to view it at all.. even if i erase my history!

Other comments about it would suggest it works differently for other people.. very frustrating anayway!

And about the pic:
first off it is looking very nice! i would love to see it finished at least to the point where the sketchy lines have been removed. btw nice window view!

I am sorry for crosswind guys,

Oh yes, there are some very high rez sequence pics of the painting, do like this to see them:

#1 go to my homepage (the signature below)
#2 on the main page you see the thumbnail of the painting, just click on it and you will get some 8-10 high rez pics of the painting.

FatPenguin,

I really think that the sketchy look of it enhance the painting, wouldn't want to remove them, I think it would look too finished.

lol btw, it is a sketch, so it should have sketchy lines
